  1. General provisions

    1.2. The collection, processing and storage of the buyer’s personal data is governed by this privacy policy, EU General Data Protection Regulation no. 216/679, Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
    1.3. The Seller follows the following basic rules of personal data processing:
    1.3.1. Personal data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes;
    1.3.2. Personal data is processed in an accurate, fair and transparent manner;
    1.3.3. Only such personal data as is necessary for the smooth operation of the Online Store are processed;
    1.3.4. Personal data is processed lawfully, i.e. only in cases where:
    1.3.4.1. the data subject agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions;
    1.3.4.2. a contract is concluded or performed when one of the parties is a data subject;
    1.3.4.3. The Seller is obliged to process personal data in accordance with the law;
    1.3.4.4. personal data must be processed for the legitimate interest of the Seller or the third party to whom the personal data are provided and if the interests of the data subject are not overriding.
    1.4. Personal data is constantly updated.
    1.5. Personal data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed.
    1.6. Personal data is processed only by employees who have been granted such a right.
    1.7. All information about the personal data processed is confidential.
    1.8. You can use the services of the Online Store:
    1.8.1. all active natural persons not less than 18 years of age;
    1.8.2. minors between the ages of 16 and 18 only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians, except in cases where they have their own earnings or scholarship at their own disposal;
    1.8.3. legal entities;
    1.8.4. authorized representatives of all the above persons.
  2. Collection, processing, storage of personal data
    2.1. The Seller respects each Buyer’s right to privacy.
    2.2. The Buyer’s personal data (name, surname, address, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the Online Store registration form) (data stored for five years after the last purchase or five years after registration if there was no purchase, but no longer valid Buyer registration)) are collected and processed in order to:
    2.2.1. process orders for goods;
    2.2.2. issue financial documents;
    2.2.3. to solve problems related to the purchase or delivery of goods;
    2.2.4. fulfill other contractual obligations.
    2.3. During the registration in the Online Store, the Buyer must provide complete and correct personal data. Failure to provide the required personal data may result in the goods not being provided.
    2.4. The Buyer’s personal data (e-mail address) may be processed after registering to receive the newsletter in order to inform about the goods, news and related information offered by the Seller. The buyer’s e-mail address is kept for five years, but no longer than the validity of the consent to receive the newsletter. This personal data is not provided to any third party, except for the cases established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The buyer may at any time withdraw his consent to receive the newsletter, which will not be sent later.
    2.5. By processing and storing the Buyer’s personal data, the Seller implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or illegal destruction, alteration, disclosure, and from any other illegal activity.
    2.5.1. The Seller’s manager shall be immediately informed about potential, possible or actual personal data security breaches. The manager shall organize or commission the collection of the necessary additional information in order to clarify the situation, obtain evidence and ensure preventive measures, as well as supervise the investigation of the actual or potential infringement (if such an investigation is required). The investigation shall include measures to address the consequences (if any) and preventive measures to prevent the recurrence of such security breaches.
    2.5.2. The Manager or a person authorized by the Manager shall immediately inform the competent supervisory authority about the violation of personal data security, if such violation endangers the rights and freedoms of the Buyer, providing the information required by law.
    2.5.3. When the violation of personal data security may pose a significant threat to the rights and freedoms of the Buyer, the Buyer shall be immediately notified thereof electronically, as well as information required by law.
    2.5.4. The Seller shall electronically record all personal data security breaches, including the facts related to the personal data security breach, their impact and the actions taken.
    2.6. The Seller may use data not directly related to the Buyer for statistical purposes, i.e. data on purchased goods. Such statistics will be collected and processed in such a way as not to reveal the identity of the Buyer or other personal data that could be used to identify him.
    2.7. The Buyer has the right to receive information about his / her submitted and saved data free of charge, to change, block or delete it by contacting the Seller by e-mail [email protected] and by phone 37069844867.
    2.8. The Buyer has the right to receive information from which sources and which personal data of the Buyer have been collected, for what purpose they are processed, to which recipients and have been provided during the last one year by contacting the Seller by e-mail [email protected] and phone 37069844867.
    2.9. The Buyer has the right to demand the correction, destruction of his personal data or suspension, except for storage, of his personal data processing actions when the data is processed in violation of legal provisions or other grounds established by legal acts, contacting the Seller by e-mail [email protected] and phone 37069844867.
  3. Transfer of personal data to third parties
    3.1. Seller reserves the right to transfer information to third parties:

  4. Transmission of information or claims
    4.1. The Seller, having received the Buyer’s request for the processing of personal data, shall immediately, but not later than within 10 working days from the date of the Buyer’s request, e-mail. will provide the Buyer with an answer by mail (unless requested to do so).   5. Changing the Privacy Policy
